Knights Mass and a Salute to Fr. Nick Mastrangelo

Thank you to everyone who attended and served at our Knights Mass at St. John Capistran Church (Resurrection Parish). This marked the first time members of our council filled all the liturgical roles, and it was a beautiful witness to our shared commitment to faith, service, and fraternity.

We are grateful to every Brother Knight who volunteered their time and talents, and from the success of this Mass, we have been asked to serve at additional parishes. Please keep our council and parishes in your prayers as we continue to serve together.

At the same time as the Knights Mass, our council was honored to take part in Fr. Nick Mastrangelo’s Retirement Mass at St. Terese, as members of the Color Corps from Assembly 1322 served in the procession.

We thank Fr. Nick for nearly 28 years of faithful service to the St Thomas the Apostle Parish and community and pray God’s blessings upon him in his well-deserved retirement.

Representing Council 3084 were SK Dick McNemar (far left), Color Corps Commander SK Douglas Derda (Purple), SK Michael Fircak (2nd from right), and SK Don Hays (far right).
